We value our motorcoach business and make every effort to service every tour in the most efficient manner possible. Our recently expanded store, now 1,000 sq. feet larger, offers groups even more selection and faster turnaround. Conveniently located at the Rainbow Bridge across from Casino Niagara, we are just where you'd expect to find us, in the heart of Niagara Falls, Ontario! We provide a designated parking area for seven buses. After you notify us of your arrival, we board your bus to welcome your passengers and review applicable customs regulations as well as our current in-store specials and promotional offers. Motorcoach Incentive Program Niagara Duty Free offers a choice of two incentive program options for both the driver and the escort for coach tours that are departing from Canada across the Rainbow Bridge. Duty Free Pre-Shop Service Our Pre-Shop Service has proven to be very convenient for motorcoaches on tight schedules or those with early departures across the Rainbow Bridge. This service allows your passengers to shop duty free at their leisure during the day or evening prior to leaving Canada. At departure time, a brief stop (approx. 5 minutes) completes their duty free experience. Convenient Pre-Shop The escort or driver advises Niagara Duty Free Shop (in person or by phone) that they have a pre-shop group which we register in advance to ensure speedy service. Passengers can then shop as a group or individually, simply identifying their group or an assigned number. Preshop passengers receive a numbered receipt for purchases which are held in our store until the escort or driver notifies the Supervisor on duty of the arrival of your coach in our parking lot. Your passengers remain on board while a store employee delivers all purchases to the coach for distribution by the escort or driver without delaying your departure.
